Your audio

We never see it. Every singer runs on your own processor, in your own machine. Nothing you record is uploaded, and the plugin works with no internet connection at all — which is the shortest privacy policy an audio tool can have, so it goes first.

What the site collects

If you buy something, our payment provider takes your email and billing details so it can charge the card and send you the download links. We can see the order; we never see your full card number.

The site sets one cookie of its own, holding the id of your cart. It carries no personal information and it expires after thirty days.

How the site is used

The site uses Fullstory to record how pages are used: where people click, what they play, where they give up. It sets a cookie so a visit that goes through the checkout and back is one visit. Recordings are for making the site work better and are not sold or shared. Fullstory’s own policy governs what it holds, and if you would rather not be recorded, an ad blocker or Fullstory’s opt-out at fullstory.com/optout stops it.

What we do not do

• No advertising trackers, no ad pixels, no data sold to anybody.
• No account required for anything. The free plugin is delivered by Gumroad, which asks for an email address to send it to; Gumroad’s own policy covers that.
• No profiling and no automated decisions about you.

The payment provider

The shop and its checkout run on BigCommerce, which processes your order and holds your customer record. Their privacy policy governs what they do with it.

Your rights over it

Ask and we will tell you everything we hold about you, correct it, or delete it — except what tax law obliges us to keep about a sale. hi@offwhite.studio.
